i loved the central location, so close to everything. i just walked out the front door and i was there. the staff were helpful and informative. the rooms were spacious and clean. the beds were comfy.

the staff were super friendly and informative upon arrival. the room was cleaned daily to a really good standard. the cleaner was polite and friendly too. on check out, i received a bag of snacks and drinks for my journey.

The staff was very friendly AND helpful. The hotel's location was very close to the train station. Complimentary coffee, tea, and fresh croissants were available.

The noise from outside was excessive, even with the window closed. The walls were thin, i could hear other rooms. The beds were small and uncomfortable, i did not sleep well.

the room was quite disgusting i noticed bleach stains on the carpet and chipping paint on the doors. visible stains were on the heater vent, a very disturbing find.
